Prior to commencing the renovation, your property will undergo a professional valuation by a certified home appraiser. This valuation is conducted to establish an accurate starting value, providing transparency for both you and us.

Before the commencement of the renovation, we will require a payment of 5% of your home's appraised value to be held and used for the renovation costs.

Your property will be revamped to have broad market appeal, prioritising the preferences of potential buyers and the property is transformed to cater to a wider market of potential buyers rather than just individual design preferences.
